Product Introduction

Fireproof ductworks are a type of pipelines that can meet the requirements of fire resistance stability and integrity within a certain period of time and mainly used to prevent the spread of fire. They are made of synthetic materials of glass fiber and polymers with high thermal insulation performance and fire resistance, which can keep their structural and functional characteristics from deformation or damage in high-temperature environment for a period of time.

• Excellent flame retardancy: Fire rated ducts are made of high-strength glass fiber reinforced plastic, calcium carbonate and other raw materials, which enable them to have good flame retardancy.

• High fire resistance rating: Fire rated ducts can withstand high temperature for 1-3 hours ensuring the fire resistance and safety of gas pipeline systems in buildings during a fire.

• Safe and reliable: Fire rated ducts have the advantages of good thermal stability, non-combustibility, non-deformation and etc., with a long service life, and fully comply with industrial standards.

• Wide application range: Fire rated ducts can be widely used in gas pipelines of smoke exhaust, ventilation, and air conditioning system in buildings to ensure the safety of buildings during a fire.

• Strong physical properties: It has the characteristics of high density, high flexural strength, low thermal conductivity and low moisture content and so on.

• Good environmental protection performance: The plates do not contain asbestos.

•  Diverse plate specifications: The standard specification (length x width) of the plate is 2440 mm x 1220 mm with a thickness of 6~12 mm. The selected thickness is determined by the fire resistance rating (hours) of the duct. The plates are easy to process and cut, so they can be made into fire and smoke exhaust ducts of any specification and outside fireproof packaging materials for metal ducts.

Packing & Shipping

Shunda adopts a safe-oriented concept for packing. The plastic wraps, fillers, cartons and plywood cases are used in merchandise packing. These packing materials can eliminate corrosion, humidity, shake, extrusion and crash. Our factory has enough room and professional forklifts for loading to guarantee the security of operators and products.

A: Yes, we are a manufacturer with a producing zone of 70,000 m². We can manufacture the host units of central air-conditioning devices and their accessories, such as fireproof ducts, louver vents, various dampers, fan coil units, air blowers and etc.
