Industrial cubic SMC water tank is worldwide adopted as a new type of water tank assembled from integral high-quality SMC molded FRP plates. It can be assembled into a water tank with a capacity of 0.125-1500 cubic meters according to customers’ requirements. It is featured by using food-grade resin and adopting the producing method of mechanical compression molding, so it has the advantages of non-pollution, high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, long service life and convenient installation.

The central depression of SMC plate improves the compression resistance of the water tank. Meanwhile, the periphery of each plate has the flanges of 45° and 90° angle. No angle connectors are needed during assembly, which makes it more flexible. The sizes of SMC plates are: 500mm×500mm; 1000mm×500mm; 1000mm×1000mm; 1500mm×500mm; 1500mm×1000mm; 2000mm×500mm; 2000mm×1000mm. The thickness of the SMC plates have 4mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, and 16mm, among which the 4mm thick plates are specially used as water tank covers.

Packing & Shipping

Shunda insists on a secure packing concept. The plastic films, cartons and fillers are usually adopted in products packing.  These packing materials can reduce extrusion, humidity, shake,  corrosion and crash. Our factory has special workshop and professional forklifts for loading and discharging to ensure the safety of the products and operators.
