Product Introduction
The Industrial Ceiling Air Conditioner is a ceiling-mounted air terminal unit for central air conditioning systems. It combines multiple air treatment functions including filtering, cooling, dehumidification, heating and fresh air intake. Designed to deliver conditioned air over extended distances through ductworks, it is usually applied to HVAC systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
This series of conditioners include13 models and 39 specifications, with airflow capacities ranging from 1,500 to 15,000 m³/h and cooling capacities from 8.4kw to 324.8 kw. This kind of conditioners feature a clean off-white or blue apperance and come equipped with built-in reusable nylon filters. The heat exchanger uses copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins, mechanically expanded to guarantee superior heat transfer capacity.

Product Features
Equipped with a rigid steel base for quick transportation and large units can be assembled on site.
Constructed with aluminum alloy (or aluminum-plastic) frame profiles and 0.1–1mm double-skin panels coated with anti-corrosion paint. The panel core is filled with mineral wool or PU foam, offering excellent thermal insulation and ensuring no cold bridges or condensation issues.
All parts are rigorously tested to ensure stable performance under all climate conditions.
Optional integration with an automatic control system allows for intelligent operation and energy saving.
Bottom drainage design with a 1.5% slope ensures sucessful condensate discharge.
Customiz configurations available based on user requirements.
Packaging & Shipping
Each ceiling air conditioner is carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation and hassle-free installation. Compact models are delivered typically as fully assembled units, while larger sizes may be shipped in sections for easier handling. All components are securely packed with moisture-proof films and protected by using wooden pallets or crates to prevent damage during shipping. Every conditioner is accompanied with a packing list, installation manual and handling instructions to support quick and correct on-site installation.
