Product Introduction

The exhaust axial fans are divided into two categories: one is equipped with mufflers in the air inlet and outlet, another is equipped with mufflers in the air inlet, outlet and the fan casing. A fan casing with a muffler can reduce noise by 3-5 decibels. The air inlet and outlet equipped with a 500mm muffler can reduce noise by 3-8 decibels. In a similar way with a 750mm muffler 5-11 decibels can be reduced, and with a 1000mm muffler, 8-14 decibels cut down. With a 2000mm muffler 11-17 decibels off. The mufflers are available in lengths of 500mm, 750mm, 1000mm, and 2000mm, which can be selected according to specific needs.

Packing & Shipping

Shunda Group takes a reliable packing principle to use plastic wraps, fillers, cartons and the like for merchandise packing. These substances maintain merchandise from humidity, shake, extrusion and crash. Our manufacturing zone has special room and forklifts for loading to make certain the security of the merchandise and staff. Regarding the products with motors are usually packed with pliastic wrap first to protect the motors from dust and humidity. The external packing materials will be selected according to the shipping  distance and ways.  Plywood cases and cartons are good to use for export shipping.
