Product Introduction

Industrial galvanized steel water tank is beautiful and durable, prevents secondary pollution of water quality, and meets the requirements of standardization, systematization and industrialization of building products.

The whole product is made of Q235 steel plates, which are stamped into standard blocks of sizes including 500mmx500mm, 1000mmx500mm, 1000x1000mm, 1500mmx500mm, 1500mmx1000mm, 2000mmx500mm, 2000mmx1000mm, 3000mmx1000mm and so on.

This type of water tanks is suitable for the storage of building water supply, regulating water tanks, expansion and condensation water tanks in heating systems, as well as temporary water storage tanks for building construction, geological survey, industry, national defense projects and etc.

The water storage capacity ranges from 1 cubic meter to 3000 cubic meters and the height can be 6 meters.

The diameter and position of the water inlet, outlet and overflow pipes of this type of water tanks are determined by the design. There should be a passage not less than 700mm around the water tank. The place for the bottom and top of this tank should be no less than 600mm.

Water filling test: after the water tank is finished, close the outlet pipe and the drain pipe, open the inlet pipe, check when filling water until it is full. It is qualified if there is no water leakage after 2-3 hrs.

The thickness of the plates have both national standard and company standard which can be freely selected according to customers' requirements.
