Excellent corrosion resistance
Manufactured from high-quality glass fiber and resin composite materials, this roof fan is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salt spray, and humid environments, making it highly suitable for chemical plants, coastal areas, and food processing facilities. Its service life can reach 10-15 years, which is 3-5 times longer than that of traditional steel fans.
Lightweight and easy to install
Weighing only 1/2 to 2/3 that of steel fans, it effectively reduces roof structural load, simplifies transportation and installation processes, making it an ideal choice for renovation or new construction projects.
Rainproof Mushroom Cap Design
The integrated mushroom-shaped rain cap effectively prevents rainwater, debris, and birds from entering the fan while optimizing airflow direction. Optional accessories include bird-proof nets and safety grilles to further enhance protective performance.
High-Efficiency Axial Flow Performance
Designed as an axial flow roof ventilator, it delivers high air volume (1000-100000 cubic meters per hour) under low static pressure (50-2000 Pascals), suitable for general ventilation, exhaust, and smoke extraction in factories, warehouses, parking lots, and public buildings.
Low Noise Operation
Optimized blade aerodynamic design and motor housing structure ensure quiet operation (typically 55-75 decibels (A)), minimizing disturbance in noise-sensitive environments.
Fire-Resistant Models Available
Fire-certified versions with H-class motors are provided, capable of continuous operation at 280°C for 45 minutes, meeting strict fire safety standards for emergency smoke extraction systems.
Wide Range of Applications
Suitable for HVAC systems, industrial exhaust, agricultural ventilation, and marine environments. Compatible with explosion-proof motors (Exd II BT4/CT4) for use in hazardous areas.
