The industrial axial flow fire smoke exhaust fans are divided into two types: one is equipped with mufflers in the air inlet and outlet, another is equipped with mufflers in the air inlet, outlet and the fan casing. The fan case with a muffler can reduce noise by 3-5 decibels. The air inlet and outlet equipped with a 500mm muffler can cut down noise by 3-8 decibels. In a similar way with a 750mm muffler 5-11 decibels can be reduced, and with a 1000mm muffler, 8-14 decibels cut down. With a 2000mm muffler 11-17 decibels off. The mufflers are available in lengths of 500mm, 750mm, 1000mm, and 2000mm, which can be selected as customers' specific requirements.
