Product Introduction

The blades of the DWT axial flow roof fan adopt a wide-blade, large-chord, space-twisted and inclined blade shape, which can achieve the required air volume and air pressure during low-speed operation, thereby reducing the fan noise. The fan impeller diameter has 17 specifications ranging from 300mm to 2400mm. The air volume of the series fan is 1500-220000m³/h and the total pressure is 60-320Pa. For fans with a size of 12 or larger, the blades can be made with adjustable angles to meet the needs of different working conditions and achieve energy saving and noise reduction.

According to the needs of different environments, the fan can be made into an explosion-proof type, which is suitable for non-corrosive places containing flammable and explosive gases, and can also be made into an anti-corrosion type fan suitable for places containing corrosive gases. To meet the performance adjustment needs of different operating points, the fan can be equipped with a two-speed motor to realize two-speed regulation, or with a frequency conversion motor and a frequency conversion controller to realize stepless speed regulation. It is recommended that the adjustment frequency be fixed to 25Hz-50Hz. The fan can be equipped with manual or electric control valves, self-vertical shutters, etc. according to user needs. The operating temperature of the DWT axial flow roof fan is -20~+40℃; the humidity is less than 9 (Note: It is recommended to confirm the unit of humidity, which may be 90% as commonly used in practice).

Packing & Shipping

Shunda takes a reliable packing principle to use plastic films, stuffings, cartons and the like for merchandise packing. These substances maintain products from humidity, vibration, extrusion and crash. Our manufacturing zone has special room and forklifts for loading and discharging to guarantee the security of the products and staff. Regarding the products with motors are usually packed with pliastic films first to protect the motors from dust and humidity. The external packing materials will be used according to the shipping  distance and ways.  Plywood cases and cartons are good to use for export shipping and long-distant delivery.
