Sabah Qibin Photovoltaic New Materials (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was established in January 2022 and is located in Sabah, Malaysia. It serves as a key production base for Qibin Group to expand its overseas photovoltaic glass business. Its main business scope includes the production of solar photovoltaic glass, the supply of photovoltaic power generation products, the operation of self-used power stations, and the supply of solar photovoltaic glass in the retail market. Qibin Group has deployed 2 ultra-white rolled photovoltaic glass production lines with a daily output of 1,200 tons, 1 ultra-white float photovoltaic glass production line with a daily output of 1,200 tons in Sabah, Malaysia, along with a complete set of deep processing production lines. The annual glass output is approximately 1.1 million tons, which can meet the production demand of about 15GW of photovoltaic modules.

During the production process of photovoltaic glass, some key production technologies have extremely strict requirements for environmental humidity. The key processes of its production line are divided into small rooms, and the indoor relative humidity must be accurately controlled below 40%, which poses an extremely high challenge to the HVAC system.

Shunda Air Conditioning Group has provided essential HVAC system equipment for this project, including axial flow fans, explosion-proof axial flow fans, fire dampers, and louver air outlets. Meanwhile, it has arranged a technical team to promptly respond to problems encountered during the installation and commissioning process. Through a stable HVAC system that meets production requirements, the efficient and stable operation of the photovoltaic glass production line is guaranteed, which helps to improve product quality and production efficiency.
