SMC molded FRP water tank is worldwide adopted as a new type of water tank assembled from integral high-quality SMC molded FRP plates. It can be assembled into a water tank with a volume of 0.125-1500 cubic meters according to customers’ needs. It is characterized by using food-grade resin and adopting the manufacturing method of mechanical compression molding, so it has the advantages of cleanliness and non-pollution, high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, long service life, and convenient installation and maintenance.

The central depression of each water tank plate improves the pressure-bearing capacity of the water tank. At the same time, the periphery of each plate has the flanges of 45° and 90° angle. No angle connectors are needed during assembly, which makes it more flexible. The specifications of the water tank plates are: 500mm×500mm; 1000mm×500mm; 1000mm×1000mm; 1500mm×500mm; 1500mm×1000mm; 2000mm×500mm; 2000mm×1000mm. The thicknesses include 4mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, and 16mm, among which the 4mm thick plates are specially used as water tank covers.

Shunda Group insist on a safe packing concept. The plastic wraps, fillers, cartons are adopted in products packing.  These packing materials can eliminate humidity, shake, extrusion and crash. Our factory has assigned room and professional forklifts for loading to ensure the safety of the products and operators.
