Product Introduction

The fire-fighting smoke exhaust fans are designed specifically for firefighting ventilation systems and come in two variants. The XPZ-X1 model features a fan case without a silencer, but includes silencers on both the inlet and outlet. The SDPY-X2 model is equipped with silencers on the fan case as well as on both the inlet and outlet. Silencers on the fan case reduce noise by 3 to 5 dB. The inlet and outlet silencers are available in lengths of 500mm, 750mm, 1000mm and 2000mm, providing noise reduction ranging from 3 to 17 dB depending on their sizes. This flexible silencer design allows customers to customize noise control according to their specific requirements to ensure quieter operation in critical environments.

Packaging & Shipping

To guarantee safe shipment and easy installation, each fire-fighting smoke exhaust fan is carefully packaged using strong protective materials. Depending on the size and type, fans are shipped either fully assembled or in modular sections requiring minimal on-site assembly. All parts are wrapped with moisture-resistant film, cushioned with impact-absorbing foam, and packed in durable cartons or reinforced wooden crates to prevent damage during transit.

For international shipments, packaging is optimized for efficient containers loading and clearly labeled for quick identification to ensure protection throughout long-distance transport. We provide a detailed packing list with every shipment as well as installation manual and handling instructions for smooth installation upon arrival.
