Product Introduction
The industrial axial flow fan is mainly composed of components such as an impeller, a casing, a collector, and a motor. The impeller is directly connected to the motor and is made of aluminum alloy to prevent sparks from being generated during operation. The motor is an explosion-proof motor.
The anti-corrosion axial flow fan adopts an anti-corrosion motor and is used for conveying corrosive gases. This fan is used in places where flammable and explosive gases need to be conveyed.
The hub of the axial flow fan is cylindrical, which can reduce flow loss, and the blade root has high strength. Its total pressure efficiency is 89.5%, and the noise is reduced by 3.6 dB(A).
This series fan is suitable for conveying non-explosive, non-corrosive gases without significant dust, and the ambient temperature should be less than 60°C. It can be widely used for ventilation and air exchange or enhanced heating and heat dissipation in ordinary factories, warehouses, offices, and residences. It can also be installed in series at intervals in longer exhaust pipelines to increase the pressure in the pipelines.
The impeller diameters of this series of fans include a total of 30 specifications from small to large. Each specification of the fan is equipped with 4 blades, and the blade angles are available in five types: 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, and 35°. It has a wide range of parameters, with an air volume of 826-67,892 m³/h and a wind pressure of 39 Pa-474 Pa.
