Product Introduction
Type 9-19 industrial centrifugal fans are generally used for forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation, and can also be widely used to transport materials, air, and gases that are non-corrosive, non-spontaneous combustion, non-explosive, non-volatile, and free of oily substances. The medium temperature generally does not exceed 50℃ (the maximum does not exceed 80℃) and the dust content and hard particulate matter in the medium is not more than 150 mg/m³. According to customers’ needs, explosion-proof fans can be made of stainless steel and glass fiber reinforced plastic.
This centrifugal fan is of single-suction type, with a total of 13 machine numbers: 4#, 5#, 5.6#, 6.3#, 7.1#, 8#, 9#, 10#, 11.2#, 12.5#, 14#, 16#. There are two rotation directions: right-hand rotation and left-hand rotation, and six angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225°. The transmission modes of this fan are Type A (No4~6.3#) and Type D (NO7.1~16#).
Type 4-72 centrifugal fans are widely used in industrial and mining workshops, civil buildings, large public buildings, power plants and other places. They can also be used as supporting devices for air treatment facilities and hot air circulation facilities. They are divided into two types: Type 4-72-A and Type 4-72-C. The medium to be conveyed should be air or gas that is non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-explosive and does not contain viscous substances. The dust content and hard particles in the gas should not exceed 150 mg/m³. The medium temperature the conveyed by standard fans should not exceed 80℃; when a heat dissipation wheel is added, the fan can convey medium below 200℃ for a long time
This centrifugal fan adopts a reasonable impeller angle design based on aerodynamics, with no mechanical friction during work. The reasonable blade profile reduce the noise to the minimum. Additionally, the noise generated is high-frequency noise, which can be insulated as long as there are obstacles. The optimally designed impeller decreases the axial force to the minimum. After static and dynamic balance correction, the whole machine runs stably, and the bearing amplitude is relatively small without any additional vibration reduction devices. The backward-inclined impeller is not easy to adhere to dust and other media and some models are also equipped with cleaning doors, allowing for cleaning and maintenance without disassembling the machine. The motor uses imported bearings and the casing and impeller are made of high-quality steel plates with the surface subjected to spray treatment to improve oxidation resistance.
