Compact and beautiful structure. The cabinet adopts a frame and box panel assembly design. The frame is formed by a single stretch using an advanced domestic metal cold-bending forming unit. The box panel has a composite structure, with sound-absorbing materials in the inner layer to further reduce noise.
Different inlet and outlet directions are provided to meet different installation needs of users. It adopts mold-based production, with high dimensional accuracy, and can be assembled after being disassembled.
The impeller, the main component of the fan, is all made of high-quality galvanized sheets and produced mechanically, on the basis of digesting and absorbing the products of the American LAU Industrial Company.
Heat resistant fire and ventilation centrifugal cabinet are divided into two types: Type A and Type B. The motor of Type A is installed outside the cabinet and used for fire-fighting smoke exhaust; the motor of Type B is installed inside the cabinet and used for ventilation and air exchange.
The motor of Type A fire-fighting low-noise cabinet centrifugal fan is installed outside the cabinet, isolated from the high-temperature smoke exhaust system, ensuring that the fan can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes under a high temperature of 300℃. It has passed the inspection of the "National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center", its performance has reached the leading level in China and it has been recognized by fire bureaus in more than 30 provinces and cities across the country, which have issued sales permits.
