This stainless steel explosion-proof damper is a critical safety device installed in ventilation systems, primarily designed to prevent the propagation of explosions, flame, and pressure waves between connected spaces or equipment in dangerous environments. It is generally used in industries where flammable gases, vapors, dust, or combustible materials are present (e.g., chemical factories, coal mines, grain processing facilities, and oil refineries).

In normal operation, the damper remains open state to allow air or gas flow, ensuring proper ventilation. However, when an explosion occurs (detected by pressure sensors, flame detectors, or direct impact from explosion pressure), it quickly closes to form a physical barrier, containing the explosion in the initial zone and protecting adjacent areas, equipment and personnel from secondary damage.

Packing & Shipping

The plastic films, fillers, cartons are used in products packing.  These packing materials can remove humidity, shake, corrosion, extrusion and crash. Shunda factory has enough room and forklifts for products loading and discharging to ensure the safety of the products and staff.
