Product Introduction

Manual air volume regulating damper are necessary central air conditioning terminal accessories in the ventilation, air conditioning and air purification projects of industrial plants and residential buildings. They are usually used in air conditioning and ventilation system pipelines to adjust the air volume of branch pipes and can also be used for the two-way adjustment of fresh air and return air. They generally have three types: split multi-blade control dampers, butterfly dampers (single-blade control dampers) and parallel opening control dampers. They can be made of iron plates, galvanized plates, aluminum alloy plates or stainless steel plates and have the characteristics of perfect air tightness and good adjustment performance.

The blades width of the manual air volume control dampers have four specifications and the blade shape is a double rhombic with a soft joint between the blades. The damper body frame is made of a 2mm galvanized plate by cold rolling forming, then welded by carbon dioxide gas shielded or welded by a Q235 ordinary plate. The blades are made of a 1mm galvanized plate cold rolled into a corrugated shape. Two plates are combined by spot welding and inserted with a square shaft, or 2mm G235 steel plate is cold rolling forming. Single piece is punched and inserted with a square shaft or welded with a round shaft.
