Product Introduction

Galvanized steel water tank is beautiful and durable, prevents secondary pollution of water quality, and meets the requirements of standardization, systematization and industrialization of building products.

The product is made of Q235 steel plates, which are stamped into standard blocks of sizes such as 500mmx500mm, 1000mmx500mm, 1000x1000mm, 1500mmx500mm, 1500mmx1000mm, 2000mmx500mm, 2000mmx1000mm, 3000mmx1000mm and etc.

This product is suitable for the storage of building water supply, regulating water tanks, expansion and condensation water tanks in heating systems, as well as temporary water storage tanks for building construction, geological survey, industry, national defense projects, etc.

The water storage volume ranges from 1 cubic meter to 3000 cubic meters, and the height can reach 6 meters.

The diameter and position of the water inlet, outlet and overflow pipes of the water tank are determined by the design. There should be a passage of no less than 700mm around the water tank. The bottom and top of the tank should be no less than 600mm.

Water filling test: After the water tank is assembled, close the outlet pipe and the drain pipe, open the inlet pipe, check while filling water until it is full. It is qualified if there is no water leakage after 2-3 hours.

The thickness of the plates have national standard and enterprise standard which can be freely selected by customers.
