Product Introduction
High efficiency mixed flow industrial blowers have higher air pressure than axial-flow fans and larger air volume than centrifugal fans. They are good for occasions with moderate air volume requirements, filling the gap between axial-flow fans and centrifugal fans. Mixed flow industrial blowers are energy efficient and easy to install. The blower is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet collector, guide vane, motor and other components. The impeller uses twisted blades with meridional acceleration characteristics, which are welded on the hub. Dynamic balance verification and overspeed test are carried out to ensure its good aerodynamic performance. The outside casing is circular and connected as a whole with a wind collector with silencing function. The outlet is equipped with the guide vanes, which have good air flow distribution and pressure stability.
High efficiency mixed flow industrial blowers can be used for ventilation and air exchange as well as high-temperature fire smoke exhaust. For the latter it works normally for 60 minutes in an environment with temperature of 300℃.Customization is avaialble according to customers’ needs.
