Product Introduction

Jet fans, also known as induction fans, transfer air through induction and have a small air volume themselves. They are usually used in the ventilation systems of garages this kind of public facilities to stir and eliminate the local air of dead zones, thereby improving the local air quality. Jet fans are a new type of fans designed on the basis of the concept of high-speed jet induction ventilation. The ductless induction ventilation subsystem composed of multiple sets of such kind of fans can form an entire ventilation and smoke exhaust system together with air supply fans and exhaust fans.

Its working rule is that the directional high-speed airflow ejected from the nozzles of multiple properly arranged induction fans as per system design induces outdoor fresh air or treated air, delivering it to the required area without air ducts. This realizes optimal indoor air distribution to attain efficient and economical ventilation and air exchange effects.

When using a ductless jet induction ventilation system, the cost can be saved in the fields of design, manufacture, installation of air ducts and other supporting projects. This cost is much higher than value of the induction fans. However, with the entire floor serving as the ventilation duct, the air pressure required by the supply and exhaust fans is much lower than when using ducts. It makes it possible to select fans with large air volume and low air pressure for reducing the required power and significantly lowering operating costs and investment expenses. When the supply and exhaust fans stop working, the jet fans can still run for local ventilation and air exchange.

The intelligent jet fan is equipped with a pollutant concentration sensing device and a controller on the basis of the induction fan according to users' needs to realize automatic control. When the centralized control box is in the automatic mode, if the carbon monoxide in the garage exceeds the standard, the controller will send an alarm signal and automatically output control commands to start a single or multiple induction fans according to the program instructions to exhaust air to reduce the concentration of exhaust gas in a certain zone until it is lower than the preset value. When the carbon monoxide concentration is in normal mode, it can automatically stop after the system is reset or be manually stopped. When the control box is in the manual mode, the administrator can manually operate the start and stop of the fan according to the current situation of the garage.

When the jet fan is working, if a fire breaks out in the underground garage, the control box can receive the shutdown signal from the fire alarm control cabinet and automatically stop running.

The centralized controller can be made into two net working forms: wired and wireless. In addition, it can be equipped with functions of a password lock, temperature control, time control, data sampling system, and building intelligent control to meet different users’ requirements.
