Product Introduction
The industrial high efficiency mixed flow fans have higher air pressure than axial-flow fans and larger air volume than centrifugal fans. They are good for occasions with moderate air volume needs, filling the gap between axial-flow fans and centrifugal fans. The mixed flow fans are energy efficient and easy to install and operate. This type of fans are mainly composed of impellers, casings, inlet collectors, guide vanes, motors and other components. The impellers use twisted blades with meridional acceleration characteristics, which are welded on the hub. Dynamic balance verification and overspeed test are carried out to ensure their good aerodynamic performance. The outside casing is circular and connected as a whole with a wind collector with noise blackout. The outlet has guide vanes, which have good air flow distribution and pressure stability.
This typle of mixed flow fans can be used for ventilation and air exchange as well as high-temperature fire smoke exhaust. For the latter it works usually for 60 minutes in an environment with temperature of 300℃. Customization is avaialble if necessary.
