Product Introduction

 The industrial GDF square duct fan series is a forward-curved multi-blade centrifugal fan. It has stable performance and produces low noise. Under the same air volume and air pressure, its noise is 15-20 dB(A) lower than that of an axial fan. This fan has a compact structure and is easy to stall and operate. It can be directly connected to air ductwork and widely used in air supply and exhaust systems in various occasions.

Product Features

• The impellers of this series of fans are usually made of steel and can also be made of aluminum alloy material as needed. The front and rear discs of the forward-curved arc blades are formed by mechanical molds. After dynamic and static balance verification, it works reliably with good aerodynamic performance.

• The case and motor bracket are both made of steel plates, formed by mechanical molds and assembled by spot welding. The structure is firm and compact, and the appearance is attractive.

• The motor adopts a single supported external rotor motor. The impeller is fixed on the motor case. The motor is fixed to the motor bracket and the motor support is fixed on the reinforced casing top plate. The rotation of the motor case directly drives the impeller.

Packing & Shipping

These packing materials can maintain merchandise from extrusion, humidity, shake, corrosion and crash. Our manufacturing base has sufficient room and forklifts for loading and discharging to make certain the security of the merchandise and staff. For the products with motors like this exhaust axial fan are usually packed firstly with protecting films to keep the motors from dust and humidity. The outside packing materials will be selected due to the shipping distance and shipping ways. There are usually two kinds of material including plywood cases and cartons.
